You can share documents individually by selecting "Share" in the toolbar while viewing your document preview. This will allow you to enter the recipient's email address along with a note. Magic Filing will send an email referencing your name & email as well as the document title to the recipient. There will be a link they can click on in order to view the document
You can also share ALL of your documents by going to "Options"->"Manage Sharing"
Magic Filing also supports sending your documents to Dropbox and Google Docs by selecting "Send To" in the toolbar while viewing your document

The Magic Filing printer utility is currently available for Mac OSX, Windows 7/8/Vista/XP.
There are 2 approaches to having a good password, you should either use a password manager that stores and generates complex random passwords for you or you should use a long pass phrase of mixed case words, punctuation and numbers that you can remember without writing down. Magic Filing provides a password strength meter that works for both situations.
Good Password Examples: (do not use these, just examples)
You should also avoid using the same password/pass phrase with multiple websites. Magic Filing does not store your password but some sites that do not follow good security practices may store your password and if they have a security breach your information could be at risk.
Securing your email account is also extremely important, we recommend that you secure your email account with a strong password/pass phrase and when available two factor authentication. On recent versions of Chrome printing converts all text to graphics which results in documents that cannot be indexed and cannot be searched
On Windows the workaround is to print using Ctrl-Shift-P
On Mac OSX the only workaround is to use Safari or Firefox instead of Chrome
